Order Fulfillment

Shipping & Delivery

Clear information about shipping destinations, charges, free-shipping eligibility, order processing, delivery estimates, tracking, delays, and package issues.

Effective date: September 12, 2026  •  Last updated: September 12, 2026

This policy is designed to set clear expectations before and after checkout. Review the delivery address, shipping method, and total carefully before submitting an order, and contact Your Serenity if anything is unclear.

1. Scope of this policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to physical products purchased from Your Serenity, Inc. through yourserenityinc.com (the “Site”). It should be read with our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Returns Policy.

Shipping availability, charges, and any product-specific notice displayed in the cart or checkout are part of your order. If a checkout term conflicts with this general policy, the clearer product- or order-specific term controls, subject to applicable law.

2. Where we ship

Our current online checkout offers shipping methods for eligible addresses in the United States and Canada. An order can be completed only when the Site displays an available shipping method for the delivery address.

We do not promise delivery to every address within those countries. Carrier limits, product restrictions, remote locations, address type, or other operational requirements may affect availability. If no shipping method appears at checkout, please contact us before placing an order. Do not enter a different address solely to bypass a shipping restriction.

3. Shipping options and charges

Flat-rate shipping

The current checkout configuration offers a USD $18.25 flat-rate shipping option for eligible United States and Canadian orders. The shipping amount displayed and accepted at checkout is the final shipping charge for that order if our rates later change.

Free-shipping eligibility

The current checkout configuration offers free shipping when the qualifying order amount is USD $600 or more and the delivery address is eligible. Discounts and changes to the cart may affect eligibility. The checkout calculation controls whether the threshold has been met.

If both a paid method and a free-shipping method appear, select the free-shipping option before completing payment. We cannot assume that option on your behalf after the order is submitted.

Checkout controls

All shipping charges are shown before you submit the order. Taxes, customs charges, duties, brokerage charges, and other government or carrier fees are not included in a free-shipping offer unless the checkout expressly says otherwise.

4. Order processing

Processing begins after we receive a properly completed order, including payment authorization and the information reasonably needed to fulfill it. We may pause processing to verify payment, inventory, identity, fraud indicators, product compatibility, or a delivery address. We will use the contact information submitted with the order if clarification is needed.

Weekends and public holidays are not business days. Placing an order does not guarantee same-day or next-business-day dispatch. If a product page, checkout, or order confirmation provides a specific shipment timeframe, that representation applies to the order.

5. Delivery estimates

A delivery estimate begins after the order is dispatched, not when it is placed. Estimates supplied by us or a carrier are good-faith estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

Weather, peak-season volume, carrier operations, customs review, remote-area service, security events, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Please place time-sensitive orders early and contact us before ordering if arrival by a particular date is essential.

6. Address accuracy and changes

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including any apartment, suite, unit, company, state or province, ZIP or postal code, and a reachable telephone number or email address.

Contact us immediately if an address must be corrected. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after fulfillment has begun or a package has been transferred to a carrier. Carrier address-correction, return, or reshipment charges caused by incorrect information may be the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

7. Shipment confirmation and tracking

When tracking is available, we will send shipment information to the email address associated with the order. A tracking number may take time to become active after a label is created. Some services, destinations, or separate packages may provide limited or multiple tracking records.

Please monitor the tracking record and arrange for safe receipt. Carrier scans and delivery photographs may help investigate a delivery issue but do not eliminate rights or remedies available under applicable law.

8. Split shipments and backorders

Products in one order may be fulfilled from different locations or become available at different times. We may ship an order in more than one package. Each package may have its own confirmation, tracking record, and arrival date.

If an item becomes unavailable or materially delayed, we may contact you with an updated timeframe, offer an available alternative only with your agreement, provide a cancellation option, or cancel and refund the affected item as required by law.

9. Canadian and cross-border deliveries

Import charges

For delivery to Canada, the recipient may be treated as the importer of record. Unless checkout expressly states that charges are included, the recipient is responsible for applicable import duties, sales taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, and other charges imposed by a government, carrier, or customs broker.

Customs processing

Customs authorities may inspect a shipment, request information, or delay release. We do not control that process. You authorize us and our service providers to supply shipment and order information reasonably required for customs clearance. A customer remains responsible for complying with applicable import rules.

10. Shipment delays and cancellation rights

We make shipment representations only when we have a reasonable basis for them. If we cannot ship within a stated timeframe—or, when no timeframe is stated, within 30 days after receiving a properly completed order—we will provide a delay notice and cancellation or refund options as required by applicable law.

Where the law requires your consent to a revised shipment date and that consent is not obtained, we will cancel the unshipped order or affected item and provide the required refund. Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable right concerning delayed or unshipped merchandise.

11. Lost, damaged, or missing packages

Damaged on arrival

Inspect the package and products promptly. If an item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with the order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the product, shipping carton, labels, and internal packaging. Keep all packaging until we advise that it may be discarded, because the carrier may require it for a claim.

Marked delivered but not received

If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, first check the delivery location, household members, building staff, neighbors, and any safe-place notice. Then contact the carrier and notify us promptly. We may ask you to cooperate with a carrier investigation or provide a written statement before a replacement or refund decision is made.

Stalled or lost in transit

If tracking has not progressed for an unusual period, contact us so we can review the shipment and, when appropriate, open a carrier inquiry. The available remedy depends on the investigation, the order, and applicable law. We do not require a customer to waive any mandatory legal remedy.

12. Refused, unclaimed, and undeliverable packages

A package may be returned because it was refused, left unclaimed, addressed incorrectly, or could not be delivered after the carrier’s attempts. If it returns to us, we will review the order and contact you where practical.

Any reshipment, refund, original or return-shipping charge, and applicable restocking fee will be handled under our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable law. Refusing a package does not automatically cancel the order or guarantee a full refund.

13. Shipping restrictions

Some products or delivery methods may be unavailable for a PO box, military address, remote area, or other carrier-restricted destination. We may also decline or cancel a shipment where fulfillment would violate law, carrier rules, manufacturer limitations, sanctions, export controls, or safety requirements.

If we cannot lawfully or reasonably fulfill an accepted order, we will notify you and issue any refund required for unshipped merchandise.

14. Returns, policy changes, and contact

Returns after delivery

Return eligibility, the 30-day return period, the EMF MemonizerMobile exception, the 15% restocking fee, return authorization, and refund handling are governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when our carriers, destinations, rates, fulfillment practices, checkout configuration, or legal obligations change. The revised version will display a new “Last updated” date. The shipping terms presented when an order is placed generally govern that order, subject to mandatory law.
